Has it really been 11 days?
I had no idea I hadn't posted in 11 days. What's wrong with me?
So I'm in the midst of trying to update my apartment, which looks like a Toys R Us after a nuclear attack. With a Barnes & Noble thrown in. Not pretty. But I'm trying.
I've got two bridal showers and two weddings rapidly approaching, and I'm nowhere near the dress size I want to be. Grr.
At least I start school tonight - my final class for the Publishing Certificate! Whoo hoo!
I'll write more later, I'm going to post my manic Martha energies on Domestic Goddesses now.

I know the feeling, it's been cleaning, cleaning, cleaning... ugh...
I've been fall cleaning, too-new toilet seat, shower curtain, futon cover....something about means starting fresh, anew (aka spending money!)

Exactly, I think that's why I love when I finally break down and clean, I buy new pretty things.
spending money... yes, did I need to spend $20 on a pop-up toilet paper holder? probably not, but I sure do like it...

I think if we had a contest on trashed apartments, I'd win! Hands down! And I'm supposed to have this place clean by tomorrow at 3 and it's 8 pm now! Um... don't think it's going to happen!
Any one want to drive out to Wisconsin to help clean an apartment??!!!
sorry to ask a stupid question:
What is a publishing certificate?
NYU has a continuing ed program and you get a certificate if you complete a course of classes - kind of like a degree program but lighter.
